Biography

Cade Huber joined the UCF Men’s Basketball team as a student manager in the 2018-19 season and served as head student manager in 2021-22. A native of Englewood, Florida, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science in 2022 and was promoted to graduate assistant in the same year. He completed his Master’s in Career and Workforce Education in 2024.Huber has scouted over 25 major opponents, contributing to key victories, including the program's historic win over #3 Kansas.

He designed recruiting graphics for top recruits and managed social media accounts during UCF's inaugural Big 12 season, boosting fan engagement. Huber played a role in the development of Taylor Hendricks, UCF's highest NBA draft pick and first lottery pick. Currently, he serves as a Staff Assistant with the ChargeOn Fund, continuing his commitment to UCF and its athletics.
