NBA Comp./Projection:
- Keeps ball on string while minimizing turnovers
-Able to make contested layups at a high volume and efficiency
-Able to create own shot at a high level, will be a go-to for "grenades."
-Scores in bunches on his own
- Uses athleticism to get to his spots
-Quick guard with above average frame
-Certainly capable of putting on more muscle, likely wouldn't translate to NBA today
-Lateral quickness is off the charts, can spring to a close out and jump to the ball like no other
- Can play too heavy on man and not see ball on defense
-Handsy on defense at times, could be a problem when one pass away or guarding on perimiter
-Will likely foul when helping in the post
-Maturity is up in the air, however will likely improve upon playing NBA minutes
- Has a good stroke from the free throw line, will be able to knock down free throws as he draws fouls
- Has great confidence in ability to knock down jumpshots, however can sometimes lead to questionable shot diet
- Can heat up quickly, first shot of the game is a make is a great sign
- Has mechanics to develop into a quick catch & shoot player
- Rarely lets his guy past on the first step, is able to recover quickly
- Vocal defender, lets other teammates know of cuts, screens, isolations, etc.
- Can sometimes gamble too much on steals
- Thrives in being put in isolation, is able to often shuffle and recover well without fouling
